Pizza. Pizza. Pizza.
This week I’m going to share with you the easiest homemade pizza recipe. It’s so simple, there is no excuse not to try it out. The best part is that you can control all the ingredients you are putting in -this means that you can make the pizza just like you want it to be, and you can also adjust it to the particular diet you follow (gluten-free, for instance).
I know you are hungry, so I won’t say anything else. Let’s get started with the recipe!
Soft as a mini cake.
In the past few weeks I have been experimenting with different types of flour -and as a coconut lover, coconut flour was one of the first ones I got!
I have already made this recipe 4 times and every time, the cookies *magically* disappear in just one hour. This recipe is amazingly fast and easy. You can even wake up in the morning, combine and bake the ingredients, and until you get ready for the day, the cookies will be also ready for consumption. Such a hit!
It is tasty, relaxing and helps you concentrate better.
Examination period is here and it is going to last for a while. So! Let’s organize ourselves, people! Drinking coffee all day long is not a solution. Sometimes we drink it out of habit, whereas in reality we just need something to drink and refresh us. Tea and herbal infusions are a good alternative, but have you ever tried matcha chai latte? If not, here is a recipe for you!
Oh, these Mediterranean afternoons! Yesterday afternoon, we celebrated the last day of July with a small tea event. The equation was:
Earl Grey tea + muffins rich in cinnamon and raisins = amazing flavour explosion!
The muffins were super easy and fast to make. What I do is follow some steps to create a muffin “base”, in which I add anything I feel like tasting on that particular day.
To prepare the muffins, you will need:
…for those who are immediately going to shout that this has nothing to do with true paella, yes, I am very well aware of that. This recipe is just *inspired* from the classical paella dish. It requires very few and simple ingredients, but at the same time it has the characteristic taste of saffron and it lets the rice slowly absorb the surrounding fluids and prepare itself.
Fast, easy and enough for 2-3 people.
It takes approximately 1 hour since the very beginning, to get ready.
Who doesn’t love chocolate? And especially now that it’s summer, who wouldn’t want a cold chocolate “bonjour” treat in the morning -or any other time of the day?
This recipe is perfect for all the chocolate lovers. It is vegan, highly nutritious and by making small alterations in the ingredients you can easily fit it into your individual taste.
*psst!* And even if you are not a chocolate lover, there are still many chances you are going to like it, so why not give it a try?
